Shipping

Free shipping is available Australia wide for all orders over $80 via Australia Post Parcel Post.

Free express shipping is available Australia wide for all orders over $150 via Australia Post Express Post.

I send all orders within 1 – 2 business days, as all items listed are currently in stock. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.

I provide tracking numbers for all orders. Sometimes my emails are delivered to peoples’ junk folders, so if you’re waiting on a reply from me, it could be there. Always feel free to reach out to me if you have any queries though.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs, however I will do my best to avoid delays by correctly filling in all relevant paperwork.

Payment Methods

All prices listed are in Australian dollars and payments will be automatically converted by the payment gateway at checkout.

I accept the following forms of payments, via the PayPal Internet Payment Gateway, which is a safe and secure payment method: Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to use this payment method. More information about PayPal is available here.

I also accept payment via Afterpay, another safe and secure payment method, which allows you to shop now and pay later. More information about Afterpay is available here.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges – just contact me within 5 days of delivery, and ship items back to me within 10 days of delivery. I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders; intimate items such as earrings lipsticks and lipliners (for health / hygiene reasons); and items on sale.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Privacy

I will only use your shipping / billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons (like paying taxes). As both PayPal and Afterpay keep customer payment information secure, I never receive customer credit card information.
